Mundara Ceramics is dedicated to selling premium ceramics and carefully selected tableware. We have two distribution and storage centers located in Europe and one in the United States, allowing us to offer competitive and reliable delivery times.

2. Products and Availability

We make every effort to present accurate product descriptions and images.

As these are handmade ceramic items, slight variations in color, pattern or shape may occur.

Product availability is subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable after purchase, the customer will be contacted for a replacement or refund.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT at the current legal rate (where applicable).

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.

We accept the payment methods available on the website, including credit/debit cards and PayPal.

4. Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

The average delivery time varies between 7 and 20 business days, depending on the destination and stock availability.

All orders include tracking number whenever available.

Mundara Ceramics is not responsible for delays due to customs, carriers or external events.

5. Exchanges and Returns

The customer can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with European Union legislation on the right to free withdrawal.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, with no signs of use and in its original packaging.

Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of incorrect, defective or damaged product.

Damaged or incorrect products must be reported with a photo or video within 7 days of receipt. In these cases, a full refund or replacement will be offered.

Personalized or personal items (such as pre-owned items) cannot be returned.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

7. Warranties

All products have a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects.

Damage caused by incorrect use, falls or lack of proper maintenance is excluded from the warranty.

8. Responsibility

Mundara Ceramics is not responsible for transportation delays, strikes, customs problems or other external factors beyond our control.

Minor variations in color, shape or texture in handmade pieces are not considered a defect.

9. Privacy Policy

All personal data provided is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The information is used solely for order processing, billing, and sending related communications.
