Purchasing Process

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

No. You can make your purchase as a guest, quickly and easily. However, creating an account gives you access to your order history, easier shipping tracking, and exclusive offers.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been confirmed?

Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are processed and shipped. If you need to make an urgent change, please contact us as soon as possible via our customer service email.

Can I order a custom or tailor-made piece?

We currently work with select, limited-edition collections. However, in some special cases, we can consider custom orders. Contact us for more information.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally? To which countries?

Yes. We ship to most countries in Europe, the United States, and several other regions around the world. If you have questions about shipping availability to your country, please contact us before purchasing.

Can I choose a specific delivery date (e.g. gift)?

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee an exact delivery date, as we rely on our partner carriers. However, you can track your order using the tracking code and plan for delivery.

What happens if I'm not at home to receive the order?

The carrier will attempt a new delivery or leave a notice for pickup at an authorized location. We recommend always checking your order tracking to avoid returns.

What should I do if my part arrives damaged?

Even though we pack with the utmost care, accidents can happen. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send photos of the item. We'll offer a free replacement or refund.

Products & Use

Are the pieces really made of handmade ceramics?

Yes. We select high-quality ceramic pieces, many of which are handcrafted, ensuring authenticity and durability.

Can the pieces go in the microwave, oven or dishwasher?

Instructions vary depending on the product. Always consult the description of each item in our online store. As a general rule, most items are dishwasher-safe, but we recommend avoiding sudden thermal shocks.




Can the pieces have slight variations in color or shape?

Yes. As these are handmade ceramic pieces, there may be slight variations in tone, texture, or pattern, making them unique.

Payments & Security

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments by credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and other local methods available at checkout.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption technology, ensuring that all data is transmitted securely.

Do prices include taxes?

Yes, all prices include VAT at the current legal rate (where applicable).

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to request a return, as long as the item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Who pays the return costs?

Return costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of damaged, defective or incorrect parts, in which case Mundara Ceramics will take charge of the process.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed using the same payment method, within 20 business days.

General Questions

Are the products always in stock?

We work with limited-edition collections. If you find an item you like, we recommend not waiting too long to purchase, as it may sell out quickly.

Can I give a piece as a gift?

Yes. You can send it directly to the address of the person you want to gift it to. We'll soon also have digital and physical gift card options available.

Can I track my order?

Of course. All orders come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase is shipped.
